Good all round hotel. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Best to go out for dinner. Short taxi ride to Pisa central. Close to airport too. Good value for money. A little noisy at night within hotel and outside. Not all the time tho. Wifi good.

Not a good experience, a few reasons:
our room had marks of past infiltration;
for some reason room service skipped it, even though we had the 'please clean' on the door;
poor amenities, and lack of a clear standard on this topic among other AC Hotels;
one of the bathroom mirror lights was off and
sleep quality compromised due to bad sound isolation.
Staff was polite, nothing to complain on that.
The idea of the hotel is great and I can't complain about the location since I chose it, but to me, and as on other reviews, it's definitely not your average American Marriott and this one is poorly managed.

Typical airport hotel.
In the middle of nowhere, restaurant does not open until 1930, fitness centre (!) is equipped with one treadmill, one bicycle and a few weights.
Not at all what we expected coming here. Walking to city centre of Pisa takes approximately 40 minutes.
Nice shopping centre 100 m from the hotel, but know that, no one there speaks english.

The title of my review says it all. We stayed one night here on our 9 day tour of Italy. The front desk had our room assignments ready when we arrived. It went down hill from there. Our room was unbearably hot! We immediately turned on the AC and closed the curtain to block out the hot afternoon sun. We showered and changed for dinner, hoping to return to a much cooler room.
Dinner in the hotel was the worst meal of our trip! They served some kind of meatballs that were inedible. The service staff were sloppily dressed and obviously undertrained on how to serve food. The dining room was on the west side of the hotel, and we faced the windows and were blinded by the sun. We asked if they could close the curtain or something, but they didn't.
When we returned to our room, it was still hot! We called the front desk and all they said was it took time to cool down. Needless to say, we were not comfortable all night long.
Breakfast was the normal fare-lunch meats, cheeses, breads, fruit. The down fall was one (1!!!) coffee machine! There was a youth group staying there and when they came down for breakfast, there was no getting coffee for anyone else.
We did not venture out of the hotel to see surrounding area. It was some distance from the Leaning Tower. Glad we only stayed one night. Definitely not your average American Marriott.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. The service was very slow with only ever one person on the front desk who was not particularly helpful when I asked him questions about the local area. When checking in there was water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby that nobody seemed to notice. We tried to get a coffee but were told that it was not a good time to ask as they were serving a large group their evening meal so ended up going to the shopping centre down the road. The rooms were clean and modern. Free wi-if was available in the lobby area. I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it.
