Pleasantly pleased with the quality of this hotel for the cost. Good first impression with an efficient check in. Public areas comfortable.

Our room on the 3rd floor was on the small side, but perfectly comfortable with a decent bed. Air con good. Bathroom was a good size - shower smallish and not very powerful. Room at front of building, but did not suffer the traffic noise that other writers have.

Breakfast was very good with a good selection of cold items and nice coffee and juices. Hot items a little more limited.

Location - it suited us well. 10-15 minutes from the tower and 15-20 minutes from the old town. Not a rough area that some have felt, but you do need to walk through an underpass, which never felt unsafe, but I might be more thoughtful about late at night.

The reception staff were helpful throughout. Willingly called us a taxi to the central station which cost €10. City
Tax is €2 pppn.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a week and toured Tuscany with this hotel as our base. The hotel was great, clean and tidy with staff we found to be very friendly. As a coeliac, a gluten free breakfast was provided for me each morning which was fabulous. It was done without fuss and I got so much food that we often used the crackers for lunch with some meat and cheese. The walls were a little thin but we got used to it and we were not really in the hotel other than to sleep and eat breakfast. If we did use the bar, the staff were friendly and often we took our drinks to our room to finish. The room had a safe and a mini bar. There was some confusion over the charges at the end over the amount of water we had drunk but this was sorted without any fuss or disagreement. The hotel held our bags for the last day while we walked around Pisa before our flight and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. It was about 25 minutes walk from the main train station and about 10 from the smaller station in Pisa. Also, it was about 10 minutes from the Leaning Tower and the main streets for food and drink. Had a great stay here.

The hotel charged my credit card twice for the stay (second charge was even higher than the original booking) and I have had zero response to requests for a refund. Be aware of fraudulent charges and non existent customer service

My husband and I spent our final night at this hotel before flying home the next morning.

The hotel itself is quiet a distance from the train station, although the number 5 bus runs regularly ( every 20 mins ) and drops off just along from the hotel.

The staff were helpful, friendly and the hotel foyer was clean. The room was basic but clean with room controlled air conditioning which was a little noisy. The bathroom was small and quiet basic too.
Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice.

All in all comfortable nights stay.

Good hotel for staying in Pisa on a day trip.

We stayed one night to visit the Tower and look around Pisa. The hotel is situated around a 15 minute walk from the Tower and from the centre of Pisa so it's a good one to stay in for doing that. We came by car and the parking was easy to get to behind the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, pillows were comfortable, and shower worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful.
