This is a quiet B&B just outside Pisa. It is on a bus route and you can be at the Pisa Centrale train station in ten minutes. The rooms are cozy and have a private bathroom. The owner is nice; however, she doesn't speak English. Breakfast consists of a croissant, a juice box and a hot beverage of your choice. It cost our family 75€ to stay there,a price that is not commensurate with what we got. If I paid 50-60€ for this, I would have been satisfied. Also, pay your nightly tax and have her write down your passport details when you arrive, not leave. As we left, I sent my family to the bus stop as I was just going to hand in the key. She asked for our passports to copy and then money for the tax. We were in a hurry, so it was quite frustrating.

The villa is located in a few kilometers from the highway, in a quiet zone, not far from the historical center of Pisa and also near the Galilei airport, Cisanello hospital and the train station. Four spacious rooms are available, with a toilet and shower, conditioner, TV and Wi-Fi. Breakfast can be served in the room or garden in accordance with your desire.
