We admired several statues here, especially the detailed Perseus with head of Medusa is worth your time. We arrived early in the morning, while the street cleaners were tidying the area, not many tourist around yet.

Waiting for your tour at the Uffizi Gallery, take some time and view the many sculptures in this covered area behind the gallery (the Piazza Signoria). Statues by Giambologna (the rape of the sabines and Hercules fighting the centaur), Cellini's Perseus holding the head of medusa and other world as well

This is a free experience as it is just part of the piazza. There are many statues to see and you can wander among them which is amazing.

This is an area where people come to rest amidst unique sculptures. Best of all is it’s free! There are original sculptures and they are quite impressive. This area is right next to Uffizi. My favorite is of Perseus.
