Very nice facilities and services. Very close to train station easy to travel and walking distance to city attractions. The room is nice and clean. Staff is supper friendly and helpful with service and info and lots of good suggestions.

We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff - something not to be taken for granted. I found the personalised handwritten note in our room a particularly nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and we found it as soon as we got off the airport tram. The hotel is nicely decorated throughout. Our room was clean, cool with a/c and larger than I expected. Shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable and we had a really good nice sleep without noise interruptions. Bar staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our short stay. Thank you.

I had an easy and excellent stay at this hotel! I arrived early in the morning, before 9 AM, and the reception staff were lovely. They held my bags and managed to get me a room by 12 PM, which was greatly appreciated.
The room, as well as the hotel in general, is well decorated. Although it might be a bit cozy for two people, it provided enough space for one. Additionally, you can conveniently buy water, soft drinks, and some snacks at the reception.
The location of the hotel is excellent. For anyone traveling to or from Florence by train, being right at the main station exit is incredibly handy, and it was close to the bus terminal for my day trip/excursion to Pisa. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, situated in the heart of town.
This hotel a great choice for visitors to Florence!

We stayed 4 nights. It was conveniently located steps from the SMN train station, perfect for exploring by train or by foot. The lobby/communal areas and rooms were well-decorated and welcoming. Our double room had a separate seating area which made our stay feel more ‘luxe’. Finally, the staff was friendly and gave us a complimentary bag of pasta haha!

We loved staying at this hotel. Close to the train station. Great location. The staff was really helpful, specially Ermelinda. The breakfast was delicious.
