We stayed in several palaces, and this one is definitely in the top 3.
Rooms are a simply a piece of history, yet confortable.
View from the top terrasse is really nice especially on clear nights.
Breakfast is great, the mozzarella awesome.
Close enough from the center, you don't need a car.

With only twelve rooms you often feel like you are staying in your own private palazzo. The building itself is stunning and beautifully kept. The highlight of the property is the staff. Annalisa, Mattia, Sandra and Chaminda went out of their way to make us feel welcome and contented. We must give a special mention to Alino in the rooftop bar. We had dinner up there on the first of our three night stay and he worked tirelessly and with endless charm. This is a must do! The view is breathtaking and for most of the evening it was just our family. The hotel also recommended a fantastic restaurant - Lungarno Bistrot. It's the best restaurant we have experienced in Italy so far.

Our recent stay at the Palazzo was quite nice. You get to experience what it feels like to live 200 years ago. Suites and room are clean and updated, staff was cordial. Don't expect to see a lot of staff walking around since there are only but 13-15 rooms in the whole property. Rooms are huge and comfy. Breakfast was great and more than adequate. Location is very convenient. Nice place to relax after a long hot tour around the city. The place tries hard to please the guests in every way. Don't expect to have a lot of social events in the Palazzo, I don't think they are set-up for that.

We stayed at the Palazzo Magnani Feroni for 4 days at it was fantastic. Stayed in the Junior Suite which was utterly amazing and a treat beyond treats.

The occasion was our 20th wedding anniversary and a treat was in order.

From the arrival and being able to park inside the property (safely) to the requests that I made, to the amazing dinner on the rooftop terrace, to the day we reluctantly left, we were treated like royalty.

Thank you once again for making a special trip a truly magical trip !!

Room tip: Bit expensive, but the Junior Suite is fantastic !!

I don't know if all the rooms were like the one we were in, but this is a former wealthy merchant's palace from what we were told. Very nice staff, an excellent bar on the roof for dinner or cocktails, white glove service, etc. It's close to the train and other areas (walking distance, but we'd get a cab/car for luggage...it's a bit far if you're pulling heavy bags as we did). Hotel is a block from the river and we walked everywhere we needed to go. It was a nice location a little out of the way of the crowds, but close enough that you could be right in the middle of them in seconds. The room was really large with 20' ceilings (I think...they were very tall). There was a big sitting room, a large bedroom and a really big bathroom. The decor was in line with an older castle. A cute lift, with a seat and inner doors you had to close before you could go. Truly quaint. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety of cheeses, salamis, etc as well as hard boiled eggs, pastries, smoked salmon, prosecco, etc. You could also get omelettes eggs made to order. This wasn't an inexpensive hotel, but I'd absolutely recommend it and I'd stay here again and again.
