We stayed in the Rapallo for one week and can't fault this hotel in any way. The rooms were a good size, clean and with a separate dressing room.
The staff were very helpful and the breakfast with the covid restrictions was perfect in every way.
The location is just outside the bustle but only a two minute walk away.
Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We were originally booked to stay at Hotel Rapallo back in April but of course this didn’t happen, so with a little trepidation we decided to try again and have just returned from a 3 night stay in this wonderful city. I thought that the hotel deserved a mention as I hadn’t seen any new reviews since March. Hotel Rapallo is situated about a 15 minute walk from the main sights in a residential area. We booked a double room which was spacious and kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Hand sanitisers are placed throughout communal areas and you feel perfectly safe in these Covid times. Buffet breakfasts have been replaced with served breakfasts and include all the usual continental selections along with cooked options if required, you have to book a slot each morning.
We found staff to be friendly and helpful.
Only negative comment is that the hotel is situated on a main street so traffic noise could be a problem if your room is at the front.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife booked this trip for my birthday.

We cancelled our trip from uk to Florence, due to the corona virus.

The hotel have been extremely generous and offered for us to stay another time without any charges.

I have to say that this is a really nice gesture from the hotel and greatly appreciated, as it’s not through insurance and etc.

Look forward to visiting once it’s all under control.

Quaint hotel. Conveniently located. Friendly staff. Lorenzo, the young server at breakfast was extremely polite and accommodating. Lorenzo the owner was friendly too. But we wanted to particularly commend the younger Lorenzo for making our breakfasts experience pleasant.
Note for improvement: the chocolates in the elevator are a nice touch, but they are stale and expired. Please replace.

Since the very moment we arrived, the staff made sure we felt like at home (Regina's language skills are impressive; thanks so much for dealing with our Spanish-and-English-speaking group!)

The assortment of snacks during the evening happy hour wasn't just convenient, but also delicious, ranging from savory snacks to sweet treats, served in a comfortable, quiet space. Larry and Christian were great - they always made sure that we always had what we needed.
