This was a lovely place to stay and very convenient to everything in Florence. The owner, Adrianna was very gracious and helpful. She had a wonderful assortment for breakfasts. Her home is furnished beautifully and is a very comfortable place to stay. The courtyard of the monastery is right outside her windows. I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting in Florence and I will recommend it to my friends.

About a 10 minute walk from the train station, and close to everything else, this is a gem. Beautiful apartment in the Monastery, large rooms, furnished expensively, modern bathrooms. Adriana is a gracious host. I couldn't recommend a finer place in Florence. We even got to see a wedding in the adjacent church with reception in the courtyard.

Room tip: There are only 2 rooms. Book with your friends and the whole place is yours.

This is a quiet, beautiful location full of character right in the heart of Florence. The owner is friendly and helpful. As a former monastery converted into a hotel, this setting has a delightful ambiance seeped in history. Highly recommended.

Fantastic B&B, loaded in history and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Ponte Vecchio 8 minutes walk away. Parking in public car par near-by. Very friendly hostess who speaks perfect English. I will always stay here when coming to Florence.

Room tip: only 2 rooms so it seems as if you're staying ata friend's house.

We stayed two nights with Adriana. We drove to town and Adriana directed us to a car park outside the ZTL and only 5 minute walk. We booked both rooms with the two twin room perfect for our 7 and 9 year old and the king for parents. The rooms were very spacious, wifi was good, and rooms stocked with large bottled waters, soaps, etc. Adriana prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning with cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, toasts, coffee, tea...and for our very gracious son, hot chocolate. City center was very walkable from here. We did not find need to take transit at all. A small market is across the piazza where we could pick up snacks and enjoy during the afternoon on the terrace. We also enjoyed a nice dinner at Trattoria Napoleone at 24 piazza del carmine, literally right across the parking lot. It is best to book directly with Adriana as various on-line sites she is registered with are not set-up to book both rooms.
