The b&b is in a very quite little street, but just a few steps from one of the main streets of Cortona. The room was clean and spacious, comfy beds, blackout shades, etc. Nice continental breakfast. The owner was very nice and accommodating (we needed to make some changes to our reservation and she was very accessible). I would definitely go back.

Charming place! It's in the heart of the town; the room was spacious, the caretaker was so nice and friendly. She doesn't speak much english, but is so accomodating. The breakfast was wonderful. The only thing is I wish it had a lift, but it was only one floor up. It was in an old building, so that was charming. I also wish it had another something for storing clothes, but we stayed a week. If you are staying a few days, it is fine.

Very nice, inexpensive accomodation in the traditional, old house. Close to the heart of cortona. Rooms are spacious if you consider size of the building. All facilities needed. Breakfast rather poor but price, ambient and super friendly landlady who speaks no English gonna make it up for you.

Room Tip: All Cortona is closed for tourist's cars. You need to park outside the city and walk to your hotel.

Very friendly lady caretaker, although she does not speak English, nothing a few general translations wouldn't solve . She prepared breakfast each morning and waited patiently for us to finish and clean up. Fuss free B&B, very clean rooms and great location, just off center Via Roma. The B&B itself is a tastefully refurbished 18th century building. Could get a tad warm during the summer days but gets real cool and nice in the evenings. This is a no frills independent B&B so it's not for those seeking full hotel service.

Room Tip: Rooms are all fairly big , request for a fan if you are staying in during the summer days.

Firstly the location within the Piazza was wonderful. So fantastic to be so close to all the gorgeous restaurants and after four days we felt like a local! Our taxi driver would come and collect us to go and visit more spectacular places conveniently located, like Assissi! That was amazing. The accommodation was perfect and our lovely lady was always there to greet us each morning in the dining room with hot coffee and pastries etc. The rooms were also perfect, clean, comfortable, modern bathroom and the view wonderful. Couldn't fault it. Totally recommend this accommodation and location. Can't wait to go back again!
