We had lunch at Sartu on a Friday in August. It is located on the street leading to the main Piazza, just down some stairs (the sign is on a music stand in the street). The Chef seated us and helped us decide on a wine before handing us over to the server. The Chef is amazing and prepares everything fresh all by herself! She's from Naples and her cooking is influenced by this, which is another reason why you should come here. We started with bean soups (one lentil topped with crispy bacon and one cannellini topped with shrimp), which were excellent, followed by pastas which were recognizable (we had 2 different raviolis) but just different enough to be unique and exciting. She also has what looks to be delicious meat options, but we were in the mood for soup and pasta. Dessert was amazing and I'm glad we each ordered our own, because I did not want to share!! I highly recommend this restaurant!
