Hotel Baia Delle Sirene is a lovely hotel. The hotel is a little tricky to find from the motorway but is located in a great position and is quiet, apart from the occasional regional train going past. This is not a problem.

There is a good buffet breakfast provided and dinner is also offered for those (such as us) who arrive late and don't want to go up into the town. There is a terrace which is perfect for breakfast..

There is on-site parking. Essential in this area.

The cable car is a great facility for getting up into town and runs until 1 am in the summer..

Strongly recommended.

Room tip: Ask for a sea view room - but - it will look out over the railway track.

Very elegant hotel, situated a bit far from Taormina but still in a perfect location to view the train passing on its way to Taormina and beautiful landscape to seaside.

My mattress was terrible thick! I barely made it to sleep that night. An italian variation of coffee should be also addressed! Not everyone needs to feel a tourist as far as gastronomy concerns.

Room tip: Thick mattress, far location, beautiful views

A good hotel - we only stayed briefly but were made very welcome. It's a 10 min walk to the cable car to get to the centre of Taormina but we quite liked being away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the coast side where the hotel was too. Economy room was basic but clean. Trains go past every half an hour or so which can be loud if you're staying in the garden but we didn't mind too much.

We took the garden room, close to the exit to the beach. it was September so the end of high season was there, and prices as well. located in the northern bay of Taormina, right on the beach. very nice owner, from Australia. amazing spot of the dining room, with view to the sea.

Wi-Fi did not work so well.

Room tip: Try to have the rooms that have a sea view
