We were shown around this beautifully restored palazzo by la Contessa Federico herself. She gave a lot of her time and was very open about what it was like to live her life. Fascinating.

I thought this house and its history was super interesting. It’s crazy that the tour is led by someone in the actual family. Definitely worth a visit. You’ll learn a bit more about Palermo’s history, and the host is very open and answers all your questions. To get the most out of this tour you may want to do some research beforehand.

Amazing excursion with lots of historic details. It’s nice to see a real palace and a museum all in one. The most charming is that owners share and tell the history of their family by themselves. Such an interesting experience! Highly recommend to visit this place.
