Perfect Location, but when you enter the premises,
you think you are in the Set for Da Vinci Code.

The building was OLD, but the Rooms in the B&B was well furnished and
super clean.

The Breakfast was delicious.

The pricing was a little HIGH.....

Room tip: book the suite

Bright, clean and spacious accommodation, well-considered touches like coffee machines in every room and an unbeatable location opposite the Teatro Massimo make PALCO a pleasure for any holiday in Palermo. At PALCO, Giacomo is not only the host but organises tours of Sicily as well. Taking us to the Corleone “Anti-mafia” museum as well as to Segesta, Trapani and Erice, we spend many hours talking about his beloved Sicily – and his mother’s cooking. For us, Palermo was a visual and gastronomic feast, thanks to the PALCO team, Giacomo, Stefania and Massimo.

We arrive after midnight and someone was waiting for us with smile and kindness!
Clean, comfortable and located in front of the Teatro Massimo in the center of town, close to everything!!! We stay four nights and do everything by foot, food market, churches, museums, shopping and more!!!
You get your keys and you're on your own like if you own the place! Breakfast is just perfect, what else???
Definitely will stay here next time we come back to Palermo!

The Palco is a small BB (4 rooms) located in the heart of Palermo. The rooms are a good size, clean and well maintained.( speaking from the Romeo/Juliet) Self contained heating/cooling system. The bathroom is large and modern with a jacuzzi/shower combo(some may find it difficult getting in and out-no safety bars). Location is excellent-across from Opera and at the apex of two main streets-Via Roma and Maqueda.(busy area) Bus 122 from Roma takes you to Palace. Breakfast is a limited continental (could be improved). An excellent Pizzeria is 5 min away at Via Sperlinga 57 (La Taberna di John ). Rinascente Dept Store is 10 min walk and at the begining of the Vucciria market
Its a good stay but a bit pricey. The cost is on par with a 4/5 star hotel but without the amenities of a concierge, lobby, gym , bar ,restaurant etc. One must make a cost/benefit analysis.

This small B&B is located perfectly. It is immaculate, and decorated well. The breakfasts were set up nicely. The owners and staff could not be more helpful, from arranging a local guide and driver, to airport pick up, even to being incredibly helpful with solving a problem with our car rental company.
I would not hesitate in highly recommending a stay at this hotel/B&B.

Room tip: The Romeo and Juliet room was large and had a beautiful view.
