We had some difficulty to find the place since at the given number (114) there was an apartment building. 100 meter far (114 A) there is the entrance of the restaurant ( with parking within).
The people are asian and are very kind, but what I liked more was the sushimi that was prepared with a good portion of fish.
All the other typical sushi maki were also very good and there is also a good choice for vegetarian people.
The owner offered us a plum sake at the end of the dinner. The dinner is not cheap but I think you have to pay something (also it was not too expensive) if you want quality.
It was nice to eat in the garden

We went back to this place twice, since we wanted to make sure that the food was so good not only the first time.
The place got more and more popular in the meantime, but the quality of the food remained high:
try anything with seaweed, everything 'in tempura' is exquisite and there is Firriato red wine which is drunk cooled and which is fantastic. I also recommend their green tea ice-cream. Real delicateness.
Kind service (one of the waitresses needs some more practice but makes her best) and good rapport of quality/price.

Every Tuesday dinner is 25€ all you can eat! you can choose almost all Kinds of dishes on the menu! Of course on that day, SAKURA is very busy, may you would wait a while for the food, but that's ok, good food always deserved to be waited;) and many people choose so many food, of course their kitchen must be very busy!
Sushi here is really tasty, you can feel fishes they use for sushi are really fresh. Many people say Dragon Maki is the best! So try it!
It's very nice to sit in their beautiful garden to have dinner in the summer time, flowers, orange and lemon trees all around you, I have to say I wanna have a restaurant like SAKURA. Like Chinese Feng Shui said, the location atmosphere is very good!
Although it's not in the vey center of the city of Palermo, but I think it's the best Japanese cuisine restaurant in the town. Although all staffs are Chinese people, they really did a good job, restaurant is clean, foods have good quality, service is gentle, people are nice....... Anyway it's not difficult to find, by bus 139 or 101, just ask bus driver to get off near Via Federico Imperatore is fine.
Highly recommend if you wanna have a very nice and romantic dinner.

Ask for the receipt after you pay! This establishment attempts to evade taxes. If you ever receive a receipt in Italy that reads "non fiscale" and you don't receive a final receipt with IVA and C.F. (Which is the fiscal code) ask for a receipt, a fiscal receipt. Anytime you don't receive a receipt, receive a handwritten one or one that looks legitimate but reads "non fiscale" the establishment is not paying their taxes on what you have purchased.
I pay my taxes in the U.S. and I expect the establishments I frequent to do the same. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

The sushi was good, but expensive, at least €10 a roll. The location is nice with a terrace and the service was attentive. I would've returned and recommended it to friends, if it wasn't for the tax evasion issue.
