We stayed here for a 5 day holiday as a base to explore Sardinia and were not disappointed with our choice. It's in a great location - just a 5 minute stroll from the centre of Olbia with it's excellent choice of bars and restaurants.
We hired a car, which I would recommend for any visits longer than a few days. There are some lo ely places within 20- 30 minutes drive from the hotel including Porto rotondo, Porto cervo and many lovely beaches.
The room we stayed in was a good size with a nice bathroom. All very clean and modern. The mini bar was a bonus after a busy day sightseeing.
Breakfast offered a good choice of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries - plenty to choose from.
We made use of the spa one afternoon which was lovely. The spa pool was excellent, and also had steam room, sauna and relaxation room. We also booked a massage each which lovely after a few days of lots of walking!
All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful - could not fault them at all.
Only small negative was the very early checkout times of 10am. Apart from that it was a lovely stay and I would defiantly recommend to anyone visiting olbia.

Nice rooms clean and stylish but the air con is only pumping out hot air. Its 24/25 degrees outside and 26 degrees inside. I would open the window but its a high mosquito saturation night.

Good central location to walk into town for a meal, limited parking though.

We enjoy this hotel so much. Few steps from the main street and restaurants. A warm welcome (thanks Carmen). Our room 801 was a very big room with 1 double and 1 single. The furnished terrace was really nice to relax. The breakfast offers a nice selection of cold meats & cheese, viennoiseries and fruits. If we go back to Olbia, we would go back there.

Room tip: choose room 801

This hotel and Spa is a little hidden gem in the centre of Olbia.

The room- Beautiful modern rooms/shower, minibar with some basics. Well maintained, amazing housekeeping.

The Spa - EXCELLENT, can't give any negative to this beautiful indulgence of relaxation. You pay for 2 hours at a time, well worth it and 2 hours is just right after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Breakfast area - AMAZING, great selection of local delicacies just the right amount. We only made it to breakfast a couple of times as we were late risers! Both times we were not disappointed!

The not so great:
1. Check out time 10am (without possibility of late check out)
2. Check in make sure you call the hotel if you are arriving after midnight. A sign stated no checkin after midnight
3. Breakfast hours could be extended from 8-10 to 7-10:30/11

We have to say an HUGE THANK YOU to:

Paula - reception
Francesca - Spa
Monica - breakfast room

These 3 ladies provide an absolutely amazing service focused on comfort of guests. Thank you and see you again soon!

The service of this hotel was amazing. People were really helpful and nice with us.
The rooms are really quiet and clean.

The spa & massage service is really professional.
Definitely, I recommend the Ospitalita del Conte Hotel.

Room tip: Ground floor suites are really quiet.
