The hotel upgraded our room which was lovely. We stayed with our two children. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, there was a lot of choice. The evening restaurant food was very nice. We found it very beneficial to hire a car. Brandinchi
beach isn’t far to drive to, stunning clean beach (very shallow far out) with cafe and showers. The hotel beach offered lots of beach spades, buckets etc and the shallow water meant the children could have a swim. Also, there is a shopping centre a short drive away. The only things I would say to improve upon would be firstly to offer a playroom of some sort for younger children? Play kitchen etc There was a great outdoor play with a slide, playhouse etc but a couple of the things were broken. Also, in the rooms a coffee machine would be great. We would definitely return.

Hotel location is great, thought without car, we can enjoy beach. Also room is clean and well enough green. while, service was terrible. Email wasn't replied often. Service car had to wait super long time. Additionally, though we planned crusing, reception postponed it and finally canceled. So we weren't able to have crusing experience. Hope their service will be improved.

I booked this as a fairly late on choice for a family holiday in Sardinia, I was slightly constrained by location needing to be close to the Airport in Olbia and a reasonably short drive from the port in Santa Teresa to travel to Corsica.

The hotel sits as part of a small development of houses surrounded by pretty countryside. There are two nice swimming pools with great views of the Tavolara in the distance, there is a good pool bar service and the small pool was an excellent place to play with my kids.

the rooms are arranged in small blocks of 2 to three rooms and distributed about the site; our Junior suite was a good size for a family of four and boasted an enormous bath, my 3 year old would have been able to swim in. The beds were comfy enough and the room opened out onto a terrace and garden, again with views of this island of Tavolara in the distance.

We only ate breakfast in the hotel but there was a good selection of food well presented.

The hotel sits in the countryside a couple of KMs from the nearest villages, this makes a car essential. You can walk to the nearest beach at Costa Corralina on a new path next to the country road. At the beach there is a small pizzeria and a bar run by the hotel. It is a good 15 minute walk from the main hotel.

Overall I liked this place, it was a pain needing to drive to dinner every night - we didn’t fancy the fancy looking restaurant on site.

There were a few annoyances that stopped it being a 5/5 experience but nothing worth working up a sweat about - overall really good and I would come back. I would just book a bit further in advance and hopefully get a better rate!

Just got back from an amazing stay at hotel Ollastu. The hotel and facilities are very good with amazing friendly staff. Their alacart restaurant is excellent with a wide range of excellent food that varies daily. I would recommend a trip to Travora Island, a photo doesn't capture it's true beauty. The hotel has a separate alacart restaurant in nearby Olbia, again excellent. The beach is close by and the hotel provide a shuttle at request to the beach. The beech staff are great and provide a range of food and drink. There is a cost for sun bed hire but this includes the use of the kayaks which we used regularly. My second visit to this beautiful island and I hope it won't be my last. John & Valentina.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel in July. The hotel was well designed with everything spread out nicely. The room was spacious and clean with a sweet little terrace out the front where we sat in the evenings with a bottle of wine in the peace and quiet just relaxing. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, they assisted us with numerous things such as car hire, taxi bookings etc. We spent most days out on the beach or discovering the rest of the island so didn’t spend much time by the pool but it looked clean and welcoming.
The bar staff were friendly and made a good gin and tonic when we popped in after a hard day at the beach!

The breakfast was always fresh with a good selection each morning and a good sized gluten free section. The breakfast room was clean and the staff were quick to serve teas and coffees and tidy tables after guests had finished their breakfast and left.

Overall a lovely stay in a well run and peaceful hotel, we would definitely recommend this hotel and come back to stay
