The only good thing I can is that the location is good. The hotel itself is not a 4 star. Even though it claims to be. It's a one star. We booked it because it had a pool. I got in once and wouldn't get in again. It's not a nice pool. The bar area and food is awful. When we arrived in the room there were hairs on the bed. Pubic and head hair. We asked for a different room and the woman never even apologised but gave us a much bigger family room with a view of the sea. The only reason this is getting two is because of that. Otherwise it would have got a 1. That woman was rude. The other staff seemed friendly . If you are going don't book just for the pool because there are lovely beaches. Book somewhere nicer and cheaper with no pool. This hotel isn't worth the effort.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been kinder or more obliging. The hotel is a very typical coastal hotel, no grips or frills but very clean and welcoming. Although the breakfast selection was limited and never varied it was always fresh and tasty.

Room Tip: We had a family room which was very sizeable. Although overlooking the main road it did not seem too noisy.

The hotel seen a little dated as you walk into reception but the welcome is warm and helpful. We had a room towards the rear of the hotel on the third floor but still had a limited view of the sea, which would had been the same in most of the rooms unless your room was in the front of the hotel.
We stayed bed and breakfest of which was a cold buffet with pretty much all you would need to eat. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and how clean our room was kept daily.

well the photos looked nice but the reality is shocking.Clearly the management are on a cost cutting measure so you had dark reception area, receptionist doubling up as the bar tender, coffee which was cheap and nasty, rooms needed a complete makeover, dated furniture, lumpy mattress and pillows archaic tv...very retro, bathroom was small and token gesture of toiletries again cheap and nasty, rooms were not clean, balcony dirty, breakfast was a joke again cheap substitutes not enough choice, no cartons of yoghurt it was presented in a breakfast bowl, tinned peaches and again that nasty coffee
Receptionist did her very best to dissuade me from using my Amex card to pay until I insisted but the best part was checking out and escaping this prison,
no way is this a 4 star hotel they should be sued under trades description act and should be ashamed of themselves.

Room Tip: next door at the Hotel Florida

Reasonable middle class hotel. Small swimming pool but nice with view to the bay. The good point is that is directly on the beach with a great view of the bay and within walking distance of the old town, which is really worth visiting. Room OK, old TV with local channels for those that mind, airco, lift and friendly reception. Our room with side balcony and very narrow view of the sea. In the room one hears the noises of other rooms. We had half pension but the food is not very good.
