My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and found it absolutely fantastic!! The hotel couldn’t have been in a better location where we could walk to everything ! They had a super cool roof top bar with amazing views and the room was really chic and cosy. Apart from that the staff where incredibly friendly and couldn’t help us enough with advise and recommendations regarding restaurants etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

very much enjoyed our stay at hotel milano and spa. The hotel is centrally located, close to sights and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, and we were lucky to be able to book in early. There are complimentary sweets in the lobby. On checkout, the receptionist organised a taxi for us to the train station and gave us bottles of water to take with us. We had a very comfortable room and a very good breakfast with lots of choice (especially English Breakfast Tea). we would have no hesitation in staying here again.
The hotel is located in the heart of the most scenic and lively part of the city. It offers a lot of amenities. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We had a little issue with the air conditioner in our room however, once we let the front desk know, they sent their service person to fix the problem. Within minutes, he fixed everything. We wrote down his name to provide feedback however, we lost it during our travels, However, we're sure the hotel knows who we're talking about. They make sure that everything is satisfactory to your needs. We want to thank the staff and especially the gentleman that served us throughout out our stay. He not only fixed our air conditioner problem but, was part of the staff serving patrons at breakfast every morning. He was all over the place! It was an absolute pleasure staying here on our first time in Verona. Thank you all for your services and hospitality!

Service was excellent, everyone was very helpful even when our flight was cancelled they help me and extended my stay I didn't have to even move to the other room for extra stay.

What a fabulous hotel right in the centre. We stayed in a double room. I was a little worried at the point of booking as they specifically referenced the size of the bed, the detail makes out its a small bed but on arrival it was a normal double. They just don't do twin beds. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as wanted to be out and about but did have drinks on the roof top terrace. Fabulous views of the arena. Rooms were stylish and comfortable. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. If we were to visit again, I wouldn't hesitate in booking the same accommodation
My husband, younger son, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and best friend all stayed here for 3 days. The staff,breakfast, location and rooms were fabulous! The staff was exceptionally nice and professional. The rooftop bar was perfect. We were able to hear the concert at the Coliseum as another added treat! I would highly recommend this hotel
