What an awesome hotel. The location in Verona is unmatched (as are the views!) and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My only complaint would be that the hot tub on the roof was unbearably cold. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

What a lovely hotel! Such lovely staff and in a great location. Close to the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Breakfast was really good and varied! Lovely bed - slept very well! Have to mention Locanda 4 Cuochi and Osteria la Mandorla as two really great places nearby for food, drink and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The hotel location is amazing, staff is very very friendly and attentive.
Room was a bit little for me, but i am pretty sure it is big enough for a 3 star hotel.
Breakfast is okay nothing special, they give us complimentary water for the journey, it was nice from them!

We stayed at the Hotel Milano for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent, less than 10 minutes walk to most of the cities sights. The room was really comfortable with a big bed and lovely bathroom. The only thing that effected our sleeping was that every door had a very loud buzzer when opened, so every time someone came or went from their room close to ours, it woke us up.

The breakfast was very nice, not a huge amount of choice but everything there was very tasty and well presented. The hot drinks were not self service, so you were offered one at the start of breakfast but often didn't get a re-fill.

The staff were all very friendly and the roof top bar had amazing views across Verona.

We stayed here for two nights. It is very central in the old part of town tucked away in a quiet side lane just metres away from the Arena. It was after opera season, but it would be an excellent hotel to stay in if attending a function at the Arena. We took a taxi from the railway station as we had big suitcases and I am not sure that I could have found it without the assistance of the taxi driver. While most of the areas are pedestrians only, taxis and private cars did have access to the lane and I think that the hotel offers parking. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room on the first floor was comfortable, although a snug fit for two people (the bed was huge and very comfortable but it did take up a lot of room). The bathroom was lovely even with flashing coloured lights in the shower to lift the spirits. There was a bit of noise from an adjacent room and from the hallway as people came in late at night. The breakfast was excellent. Coffee was made on request and second cups were not a problem. There was a lovely spread of hot and cold items and we were spoilt for choice. The hotel is very chose to many restaurants. The hotel was within easy walking distance of all the major sites in the old town so take walking shoes and get out and about and promenade with the local town people. The university is quite close so there is a buzz about the local area.
