It doesn't get any better, outstanding B&B in the heart of old Verona, walking distance to all, great service and quant rooms, haven't been to a B&B this nice in a very long time.
A must stop for the avid travelers!
Our only regret is not staying longer.
Happy travels!

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend in Verona. I booked this accommodation on line really on its central location and 5 minute walk to the Arena.
On arrival we received a warm welcome with tea, coffee and delicious apple cake.
Our room/apartment was beautiful. We had two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room and bathroom. All beautifully clean and comfortable. We had our own keys so could come and go as we pleased.
The breakfast was extra but a generous choice was provided as well as excellent eggs, on a small terrace.
I have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding accommodation and will certainly return next year

We chose this B&B because it is in the middle of Verona, walking distance from the arena and not too far from the train station (about a 20 minute walk).
We were welcomed by somebody who could only speak Russian and Italian and a few words English. She gave us coffee and even cake and then showed us our room - Capuletti.
The room is quite large with boxspring beds, a safe, a small table with 2 chairs and a minibar. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks and a walk-in rain shower. There are toiletries and a hairdryer.
The Capuletti room has a small balcony which overlooks the small courtyard. In summer you can sit on the balcony as there are 2 chairs and a table.
The room has wifi and airconditioning.
On the landing you find a Nespresso coffee machine and a water cooker so you can make your own coffee and tea.
We found the room quite dark, but it is nicely decorated.

Breakfast in the morning is a small buffet and you can order your eggs as you like them. They can squeeze fresh oranges for you, but we only got that once in the 4 days we were there.
Breakfast is not bad, but I would love to have some fresh brown bread in the morning and good muesli. The cake however was delicious.
As expected in Italy, the coffee was great.

We met the owners Luigi and Vera. They don't mix with the guests a lot and leave them to do their thing. I think they could be a bit more interested in their guests.

The room is a bit on the expensive side.

We had an extraordinary time at the Romeo suite at Residenza Borsari. We arrived from Milan to celebrate New Year's Eve at the Arena. We took a taxi from the train station that cost us $12.00 and left us at the front door. We called Luigi who guided us to the lovely and cozy living room/reception area. He was accessible throughout our entire four day stay. Immediately, I felt at home. The suite altogether looked better than the posted pictures. The decor is beautiful and the bed comfortable. The mini-fridge included a diversity of beverages like wine and champagne, and there were snacks. There is also a selection of teas and coffee. The balcony is situated outside from the living room area and you can observe the passerbys and shops on the elegant Corso Porta Borsari. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast is more than complete with a vast selection of pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurts, panettone and homemade cakes/pies at the lovely dining area. Harrison prepared us our eggs according to our selection and was also very helpful during our stay.

The staff is very friendly, attentive, approachable, and agreeable.
I would definitively stay again at this lovely place and consider it by far the best place I stayed in Italy. It was a true blessing to be able to welcome 2016 in Verona and one of the highlights of our trip was our stay at Residenza Borsari. I have great memories!

We decided to stay overnight in Verona on a whim and were lucky enough that this fantastic place had availability for our family of four (incl. two teenagers). We stayed in what felt like the penthouse suite in this old, historic building, romantic balcony overlooking the rooftops of Verona included. This B&B is super centrally located, within 5 minutes to either the Arena or La Casa Di Giulietta. The breakfast in the morning was served on their wisteria covered patio, and our son got scrambled eggs, home cooked by the hostess herself! Try her home made apple cakes, you will never want to leave, or stay anywhere else in Verona. Highly recommended!!!!
