We stayed for 3 nights as we travelled down Italy for 10 days. This was our first stop, it was a nice Hotel, breakfast was OK, we found getting there as soon as it opened was best so the food was more fresh, staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise it was 20-30 minute walk to the train station or into the centre of town.

Nice and clean business hotel near the centar (walking on foot cc 20 min normal pace).
Offers free parking on the hotel property.
The rooms are mixured of old and new furniture, but very clean and good noise isolation.
The street of the hotel is nice and quiet, near a coffe shop, supermarket lidl and across the street you have Mcdonalds and a gas station.
The tv is old so you can't watch your streaming services but just enjoy italian tv channels.
The breakfeast is a buffet so that is good if you are picky.
What is it with Italian hotels selling rooms with air con, but none have it? The corridors do, but the room was like Dante’s inferno even with the temperature at 5 degrees and on max fan. Not very pleasant at all as it was 29 degrees outside.
Also, the hotel was in need of a total makeover. It was like a throwback to the 90s. And the staff were the surliest bunch I’ve met. The type where you’d get your head bitten off if you chatted.
On a positive, the room was a decent size and parking was free, but that’s it.
I’d most certainly avoid this hotel.
Breakfast was lovely, Room was clean & spacious. Surprised to find TWO hairdryers, useful for 2 ladies. Very convenient location, easy walk to the centre and didn't take much longer than getting a taxi when you account for traffic. The staff could not have been more helpful throughout the whole trip, especially reception staff who even helped locate my lost phone when I’d left it in the taxi from the airport!! We had a really lovely stay, and I would come back if I’m ever in Verona again.
Excellent property, Ideally located, very close to the center. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. The restaurant was also great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Verona.
The only good point of this hotel is the fact that they provide free parking for your car.
The rooms a old furnished, the bathrooms old and unfriendly, you can easily hear your neighbors with all the door closed.
One morning the laundry guys woke up us around 5:00 in the morning and the receptionist was quite impolite.
Quite bad experience, good for one night, not a solution for a long stay.
