What is it with Italian hotels selling rooms with air con, but none have it? The corridors do, but the room was like Dante’s inferno even with the temperature at 5 degrees and on max fan. Not very pleasant at all as it was 29 degrees outside.

Also, the hotel was in need of a total makeover. It was like a throwback to the 90s. And the staff were the surliest bunch I’ve met. The type where you’d get your head bitten off if you chatted.

On a positive, the room was a decent size and parking was free, but that’s it.

I’d most certainly avoid this hotel.

Room tip: Don’t use this hotel

Breakfast was lovely, Room was clean & spacious. Surprised to find TWO hairdryers, useful for 2 ladies. Very convenient location, easy walk to the centre and didn't take much longer than getting a taxi when you account for traffic. The staff could not have been more helpful throughout the whole trip, especially reception staff who even helped locate my lost phone when I’d left it in the taxi from the airport!! We had a really lovely stay, and I would come back if I’m ever in Verona again.

Excellent property, Ideally located, very close to the center. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. The restaurant was also great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Verona.

The only good point of this hotel is the fact that they provide free parking for your car.

The rooms a old furnished, the bathrooms old and unfriendly, you can easily hear your neighbors with all the door closed.

One morning the laundry guys woke up us around 5:00 in the morning and the receptionist was quite impolite.

Quite bad experience, good for one night, not a solution for a long stay.

This was our second visit at this place as we went again for a night at the Arena di Verona to Italy. We like this place as it is in walking distance to the city centre and very close by the lovely borough of St. Zeno. The place is clean and offers a good breakfast, the staff is friendly and with a very good command of English, which isn't usually the forte of hotel staff in Italy. The rooms at the top floors were lately rejuvenated this time we spent the nights at the second floor where this still wasn't the case, but credit to the Hotel the room was spotless clean and although it was clear hat it wasnt brand new it sported some cozy patina and we liked it very much.
There is a parking lot on the premises for the guests and dogs are allowed which is a great plus.

Room tip: Top floors are a good choice
