My friends and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. We were met by the owners when we arrived and they spent time with us, pointing out where to shop, eat and even taught us some phrases that would come in useful during our time in Venice. They were really warm and welcoming and we appreciated the personal touch.
The apartment is in a really good location, really comfortable and is finished to a high standard.

This comfortable airy apartment is very close to the St Stae vaporetto stop and ideal for those who do not wish to carry their luggage very far. We were met by the charming owner who sat and shared his reliable local knowledge. The kitchen, bathrooms and TV etc are all modern. There is a very good bakery close by, and a surprisingly good Co-Op supermarket, modelled around the 'Tardis'! Whilst we know Venice fairly well, we found the restaurant recommendations and general information in the apartment to be very useful. We hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did...............highly recommended
This was a wonderful location for us- just steps from the vaporetto at St. Stae,
fairly short walk to Rialto Market, yet out of the craziness of the main tourist areas like
St. Mark's Square. The apartment is very comfortable, with great beds, plumbing that works perfectly, air-conditioning and a modern well-equipped kitchen (if you are a professional chef you might need a few more gadgets, but for most cooks it is very adequate- could have used a garlic press!)
There are some nice small restaurants within walking distance, and lots of great gelato places.
No one mentioned to us that there is a fantastic museum literally 30 seconds walk from Ca' Pesaro- the Ca' Pesaro Mueum- we spent a wonderful morning there-they have a world-class collection. Walk over and have a coffee in the cafe that is right on the Grand Canal, a perfect way to begin your day in Venice -and leave time to check out the top floor that has an incredible display of an Orientalist collection.
The owners of this building are very lovely kind people who go out of their way to make your visit a success. We actually would have taken the Penthouse had it been available for our dates- but were very happy with the Piano Nobile. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a perfect place to experience the "real" Venice.
