What a wonderful, elegant and charming hotel this is. The staff was competent and welcoming, the location is great and the rooms are so well appointed. It was quiet and within easy walking distance of everything. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Location is right on a canal. I would go back in a minute....and hope to stay at least a week!

Everything about this hotel exudes class. In my opinion, it is better than many 5* hotels I have stayed at. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room was huge, and the bathroom was one of the most comfortable and spacious I have ever had. Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and I really could not fault the hotel in any way. Location is perfect, tucked away from the main tourist areas that can sometimes be chaotic, yet still central to explore the entire old town. This was our 4th visit to Venice, and probably our most enjoyable, due in large part to this great hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Venice! :)
The hotel is excellent. The range of rooms made it possible to choose something modest or over-the-top, and our family includes some of each. Breakfast was such a nice added benefit, as it made it possible to sleep in a bit and start the day off peacefully. Front desk service was attentive but not cloying.
The hotel itself was amazing, the room we were staying in was so beautiful and truly Venetian in its style. We felt like we were staying in an old palazzo! The location was the best, the hotel is right on the canal, and once you step outside the neighbourhood is so picturesque. St. Marks Square and Rialto bridge are all walking distance and less than ten minutes. The breakfast was very good and had a wide range to choose from. But what truly made a difference in our stay was the staff, especially the front desk. Everyone was so wonderful and eager to help. A special thanks to Jessica who because there was a delay with our luggage at Venice Airport, did everything she could to make that period of time as comfortable and enjoyable for us as possible. Will definitely stay again when in Venice.

Location is perfect just outside of the most crowded areas and you can walk pretty much anywhere in Venice.
Clean, beautiful hotel. Room we had was spacious and very beautiful. Breakfast is basic but sufficient.
Only minus for the pushy sales pitches at the reception. I have travelled a lot and once again I entertained myself by listening to receptionists sales pitches for various activities with their own mark on the price. Apart from that truly amazing hotel.

We shared the 403 room, a twin bed + a convertible couch for our kids.
The room was under the roof, very very cosy and charming. A huge spa bath in the room on top of a large bathroom. Amazingly quiet. We had the feeling to be alone in the hotel. The mattress was great. The aircon very quiet and efficient ... a real nest.
The staff was highly professional. The breakfast awesome. New delicious homemade pie every day. High quality from the fruits to the bacon & eggs. A nice terrace outside for the breakfast.
The hotel itself is absolutely charming with great Italian decoration.
The only negative thing to say was the 1 taxi-boat tour proposed by the hotel at our arrival. The price was 150€ for 4 and the chauffeur is not a guide at all ... not a word during the tour. You get the same stuff with a real guide for 27€/p. The only advantage is that the taxi comes and gets you at the hotel...a bit expensive service though. Would have appreciated at least to have a sympathetic guide speaking some English and telling us about the city and its buildings. This needs to be improved.
Anyway, awesome stay. We strongly recommend!
