Everything was perfect, nice room, good breackfast and the location very close to Piazza San Marco. We also ate at a very good restaurant just near the hotel. We will certanly be coming to this hotel again!
Absolutely loved this place! Great breakfast and amazing staff, room was perfect for 3 adults. Definitely recommend. Towards the end of the lagoon, the water taxi was about a 25 minute ride; however, the location was perfect as it was away from the more touristy areas, making the area thoroughly more enjoyable.
The perfect location in Venicce. The hotel locates close to Piazza San Marco but it's quiet place.
The public transportation, water bus stops directly from the main station (Venezia S. Luzia) to the nearlist station, S. Zaccaria. The room was pretty and very clean.

Delightful hotel in a Great location, just two steps from San Marco Square . Very clean spacious room, confortable mattress, very quite and the staff is extremely helpful. Great continental breakfast both in internal room and in an outdoor private garden.
Great hotel, excellent location and the rooms were big, clean and good looking. The A/C was set on “winter mode” and would only blow hot air, but turning it off and cracking a window works! Also the bed and pillows were hard, but after traveling in Italy for a while, this seems to be the preference for them.
