When we visit Venice we usually visit San Raffaele and have lunch at Pane Vino e San Daniele but it was were closed for a holiday this year. We walked back to catch the waterbus and found this place where we stopped for lunch. Very accommodating staff who allowed me to have baccala on its own, followed by good ravioli and a side salad. R had the beef tartare and tagliatelle con ragu. Good for Venice but pretty standard stuff for the rest of Italy. With 2 prosecci and 500 ml of house wine the bill was 94€.
