Very nice hotel. We stayed due 2 nights. It is a small boutique hotel but is brand new and quite pretty in the lobby and at the restaurant. We took a bus from the airport to the hotel which took about 30 minutes but it dropped us off right in front of the hotel which was so easy. The hotel is located at the beginning of the canal just off the island. The rooms are very small but new, modern and clean. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice and helpful with any questions you may have. They gave us a map of Venice with a summary of the Island which was very helpful. I like the location because every day we could start on one end of the island walk through and see everything. There are some cute restaurants around the neighborhood where the hotel is but it’s much better to eat on the island at any of the local restaurants. I highly recommend!More

Excellent location and value

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. My son and I used this as a base to explore Venice over a week and it’s location and access to ferries was ideal. My son loved the breakfast. The wait staff, as well as those at the front desk, were lovely. Look forward to returning!

Great hotel

If you don’t need to be in the heart of Venice this is a great pick
No need to lug around your luggage by foot since it’s right outside of the city but walking distance
About 15-30 minutes depending on where you go
You can always take a water taxi if you don’t want to walk
Breakfast is ok
And it’s across from train station
It’s a good location and overall good place to stay

Nice location, great service

Perfect location for someone like me, working in Marghera, where the bus runs in the morning to meetings and back at night for dinner. But anyone who's looking for a very comfortable bed with great breakfast this is the place. Venice isn't a large town so you can get to the Accademia in 20 minutes.

Covid-era considerations at breakfast are that everything is wrapped in individual packaging. The breakfast area is likely crowded if the hotel is at capacity but the courtyard is a great place to start your day. You can pop open the window about 6" and increase outdoor air when the weather is nice.

The front desk is absolutely fantastic however, absolutely top notch and anything from cabs to the airport or dinner reservations are handled very easily.

Excellent and great quality!

This place is a great value for the price you pay.I had a great experience, since entering through the door…the room comfort , the beautiful interior design, the brerakfast, the service !! The room was well apointed, modern ,clean, quiet,well designed and even though slightly compact from an American point of view, it has all you wish and need for…Great bathroom and shower too. ;-)
The staff very amiable, frienldy, capable and well trained. Even help to organize a few tours, answered and informed us all public transportations questions we had…!

Modern, convenient and reasonable hotel

Love this hotel. Very clean and modern. Hard floors, large windows, comfortable bed and bedding, and modern bathroom. Comfortable and nice indoor lobby and breakfast areas, as well as courtyard where you can also sit. In the afternoon wine and tapas available. Very convenient location for taxi, vapporato, and walking. Good value.
