On the advice of the receptionist of my hotel, I went one evening to eat in this place where in addition to the pizzas do Venetian cuisine. Excellent bigoi, mascarpone with amaretti and barricaded grappa. The price / quality ratio is good especially considering the high prices of Venice. Friendly staff

This restaurant is a gem and well worth a visit. The staff are friendly and service is good. The food was great and the ambience warm. The menu also identifies allergens which is very helpful for anyone needing to avoid certain food. A word of warning, it fills up fast so don’t plan to arrive after 8:30pm or you may need to wait for a table to free up. A great restaurant!

A superb meal in a friendly restaurant that filled up quickly! We were lucky to find it and get a table when we did. We both ordered the caprese but there was enough that one could have been shared as was so plentiful. I would have liked the mozzarella at room temperature but that's just my preference. The wild mushroom ravioli was a delight and the recommended pizza delicious. We shared a dessert which again was generously portioned. We really enjoyed the house Merlot which was highly drinkable! A superb evening at reasonable cost and with two more nights here in Venice we may be back to sample more from this fantastic restaurant.

This restaurant was recommended by a local. The restaurant fills up by 8:30 PM so it is recommended that you make reservations. The restaurant is also predominantly a local crown which is a clear indication this place serves some pretty decent and authentic food. I highly recommend it.
