Great little hotel, located right on the piste, ski in ski out to a red run, with garage parking, (book) although if it snows you may struggle to get here.

Staff have all been very accommodating, lovely breakfast menu and service. Rooms as you may expect, new, clean, designer, minimalist. Requires more design consideration for skiing guests, could do with some extra hanging space especially for wet clothes. ( 2 hooks in the WC would help) Bathroom area quite intimate( open glass shower ) so consider this if sharing with a friend.

Spa, new and relaxing for after ski.

Could do with some finishing touches in the lounge/bar , personally I don't like a TV in the lounge , I'd suggest a separate area for this and a separate area for cosy log fire and piano.

I will definitely return but probably upgrade to bigger room if sharing.

Brand new hotel. V friendly and helpful staff in all areas of hotel.
V comfortable rooms.
Good spa
Restaurant excellent. Went half board. Great four course meal every night.
Best ski in-ski out boot room I've been in. Slope is three yards from boot room door. Ski onto red run so not really for beginners but shuttle every 20 mins to ski lift in the village.
Would definitely stay there again

We booked the hotel for a 8 nights stay. The hotel is offering a modern design with an amazing location on the slopes. We knew this before our arrival since we have checked the place out before booking. Something we always do, so we were not disappointed.

We founded the room as a perfect size for our needs, we both have huge suitcases (we travelled 2 weeks in Italy) and ski gears and we never felt the room was small or uncomfortable. When we need bigger rooms, we just book a higher level ones.

We booked only the room & breakfast, since we know that half-board offers are not enough to satisfy our dining needs in matter of quality and choice. We did instead ask the front desk to organize our dinners around the town and they did so perfectly.

Ski Room is great, large and with heated boots holders. Just perfect.

SPA is large and well equipped with trained masseurs. Luciano was simply great as SPA manager and make our stay here even better. We will miss his care.

Rooms were always perfectly cleaned everyday, amenities refilled and towels and sheets refreshed.


-make clear that the access to the SPA is due of charge or just add the cost in the room price, we heard other guests complain on it.

-a laundry room with washing machines and dryers would be necessary and it would fit the place.

-fix the small repairing fast and make the room completely ready for the guest: some things are still not as they should. You are just opened, but this is not an excuse.

At the end, a 5 stars vote, for a 4 stars hotel that deliver exactly the 4 stars services.

I had lunch in this hotel's restaurant. The restaurant is conveniently located in the slope (red slope only), so ski in, ski out if you are comfortable with red. The restaurant has a wonderful terrace with an amazing view. The restaurant is very posh, perhaps even too posh for a ski place. The dining room is superbly presented. The food was top quality, very tasty, beautifully presented and the service was extraordinary! Every single dish was state of art and well served. The only downside of this restaurant would be the fact that there was no place as all to hang our helmets and coats, which is very unusual for a reastaurantnin the slopes. And the price.
The restaurant would be ideal for any romantic or special occasion event.

Just returned from a 4 day break. The hotel is beautifully furnished but as it is new has lots of teething troubles and the management just don't seem to get it. 2 days to fix safe, TV not fixed whilst there and other snagging in our friends rooms. Rooms v hot, we switched everything off. The shuttle service is not frequent enough to cope with numbers requiring lifts as this is not a walk into town. Not ski out but it is ski in. Breakfasts are really good, but we didn't enjoy dinner. Over priced and v small portion sizes. The spa facilities incur a charge - naughty and would prefer this to be reflected in room rate. Quiet and not surprising. The location was the biggest downside and the best part was our lovely shuttle driver who was extremely helpful. I wouldn't stay here but would return to cervinia.
