Great staff made the hotel great with their enthusiastic and genuin service. Basic, but very clean, rather small rooms with renovated and fresh modern bathrooms. Not a huge variety at breakfast, but everything seemed fresh and tasted well. Nice athmosphere in the bar and absolutely reasonably pricing as well. location perfect for skiers and with teh shuttle service also workable for those that wanted spend some evening time in town as well.

Lovely family run hotel, ski in and out, located in an ideal position just above the Cretaz lift on piste red 3.
New updated modern heated ski locker since last season, we’ve been four times now and aim to return in March.

Traditional, chalet style with ski in ski out location. Rooms are small but do the job with a budget rather than luxury feel. Breakfast was the usual continental affair but for us Brits, a bit of cooked bacon and sausage would have been a bonus. We ate in town every evening as their complimentary shuttle bus service was excellent and very speedy. Cosy and welcoming bar area with large TV and non - computer games came in handy a few times. Useful ski / boot room and on site parking, if a little tight, were a boon to those of us who went by car. The town has all you need but may not satisfy the genuine "après ski then clubbing" set. We would go again.

Room Tip: all the rooms we saw were the same - basic but very clean and had great views.

Functional and typical Aosta valley hotel right on the slopes. Very friendly and professional service. No half pension, only breakfast. Nice bar when you get back from the slopes, well attended. No kids facilities (play room etc) so not great for small kids. Basic breakfast but works for a week. Super clean rooms, upgraded bathroom. Simple beds. Great ski room. Shuttle service to town all evening, just call the reception. Nice west facing balconies. Only complaint; WiFi was slow!

I stayed at the hotel for a week skiing in February 2017 and enjoyed the time overall. There were no major complaints, just some areas where the hotel could easily improve.

Firstly, the pros:
- The staff were always friendly and helpful.
- The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good
- The rooms were cleaned well daily
- The location is good for access to the piste
- The ski locker is basic but perfectly adequate (and comparable to many other hotels)
- The free taxi service to and from the town is very good

The (minor) cons:
- Breakfast was disappointing - the choice was limited for both food and drinks
- WIFI was poor - mainly due to consumer grade access points that can't handle the number of connected devices. It works well when the hotel is quiet during the day or late at night
- The location is not ideal for access to the town - the free taxi is great, but towards the end of the week it becomes a chore to order/wait despite the friendly drivers
- Cupboard space is badly designed - a huge wardrobe with one shelf
- TV in the room was poor - we couldn't find any English speaking channels. Luckily the TV had an HDMI input for the few times we wanted to watch it
- Rooms on the road side are more affected by noise - especially the beeping sound of the free taxi reversing outside that seems to run until midnight

Overall the staff do an excellent job and I would consider staying at the hotel again.

Room Tip: Go for a second floor room on the piste/mountain side - quieter and better view
