We were only able to stay one night, two years ago, in a room with a balcony. This time we book two nights in the Suite Duca and loved it! It is beautiful, with two bathrooms and two balconies! There is so much to see within walking distance as well! We did have dinner downstairs one evening at Giuliani's and oh my, the food was outstanding! Breakfast is not included in the hotel price, so we paid 10 Euro per person each morning. It was good, although could be better, in my opinion. We also reserved parking for an extra fee, which was secure and underground, although one could park in a public lot nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We hope to return!

Room tip: A room with a balcony is the way to go!

Though frequent travelers to Italy, this was our first trip to Aosta .... and we were extremely impressed. The hotel was lovely; really first rate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is perfectly maintained and is in a great location. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when we return to this lovely town.

We stayed in a suite with our children. Hotel is well refurbished and the staff were extremely helpful. We missed breakfast one morning and they helpfully provided us with food in the lounge. We ate twice in the restaurant with good food and excellent wine (v good local selection and great sommelier). Good breakfast buffet (which was included.
We were skiing and found enough hangers to hang up our ski wear. It is a about 15min walk to the main lift to Pila. The location is super in Aosta- round the corner to restaurants, shops, and gelatarias. Near Roman sites too

We stayed for one night in this wondeful modern and elegantly furnished four star hotel in the centre of Aosta.
The staff, Stefano and Lucy were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The bedroom was very nice, parquet floors, no carpet thankfully, but definitely on the small side. It consisted of a very large double bed and sofa bed which was left open throughout our stay, we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
The breakfast at €10 per person seems expensive, but was worth every penny. Ample choice of hot and cold food, and the quality was excellent.
We'll definitely stay here again if/when we return to Aosta.

The hotel is nice, beautifully appointed, well located and offers excellent in-house restaurant and breakfast.
It is not in my habit to make comments on commercial management, but for once -the first time in my life - I really got upset and truly disappointed. I have been staying with my family at this hotel for several times, even bringing in my parents. Now I booked a deluxe double room for an overnight stay - unfortunately during St Ours - but bad luck my husband got fever and we had to cancel a non refundable rate. Notwithstanding our repeated requests on the basis of our longstanding loyalty to the hotel, the lady refused even to consider - in an assertive tone - the possibility to keep the amount as a credit for a next stay. The argument invoked on the contextual occurrence of St Ours fair, bears no weight in our eyes but shows pittily that short-term commercial contingencies prevail over loyal guests. In addidtion to a commercial gesture it could have been a win-win situation for both sides.
