We arrived approx. at 11h00 o clock ... I hoped that I can quickly buy the tickets for visite stadium + museum .... External temparature was 34°C ... We made the queue during 2 hours .. Why ?? Because, they were capable to open only 1 ticket office !!!! for buying tickets ... very bad organization. The museum was wonderfull , but only italian guide ...

Thank matzs2018

The Juventus museum advertise themselves and their stadium tour as wheelchair friendly. However, you CAN NOT join the stadium tour if you are in a wheelchair. If you are in a wheelchair, you have to come on one of two specified dates a month, which they tell you at the front desk. Your time is spent better anywhere else in Torino, Where you are actually welcome all days of the month.
I wouldn't mind this special arrangement, if it was informed on their website or anywhere else, but driving from Denmark to see the stadium and then get rejected like a piece of trash at the entrance just makes me furious. It could have been avoided so easily with a guide on their website instead of making it look available.

Also the entrance to the museum is well hidden. Aim for the shopping mall, then you might see it.

Having visited many world class team museums, this is top notch. Even if you’re not a supporter this is a fantastic display if you have a remote interest in soccer/football. Excellent & highly recommended.
