Description: This finely furnished restaurant now is divided into four smaller intimate spaces with an elegant and modern atmosphere, ideal for romantic dinners as well as for business lunches; one of these, with a direct view onto the wonderful kitchen area, is separated from the others, thus offering maximum privacy for 6 to 12 guests. This open space restaurant offers a great cuisine where Claudio Sadler confirms once again his passion for quality food and attention for details.

TASTY FOOD & ZERO ALLERGY
It is very impressive to check upon the SADLER (Milano-Fiere branch), because there is a comprehensible list of potentially allergic components of the dishes served. Also the vega compatible sign is affixed.
There is a good value for money.
Marco is leading a performing team where the kitchen is constantly talking to the waiters and the dishes are reaching your table rather quickly. He knows that the international buyers, who are the core of the SADDLER’s customers for a business lunch, are always in a hurry and stressed.
It is to be improved the timing to pay the bill which – sometimes – may rtake longger that required. Anyways, thank you. We are always lunching here and find good food, rapid service, the overall atmosphere and also relax, before the long business afternoon at MICAM.

Combination of Asian and European food. Not worth for us. Really Michelin?? The deer is tough and Not juicy. Raw fish is Not fresh. So disappointed. I should read the rating here before I make reservation.

ps. Services are cold.

We visited the restaurant in the end of July 2017. It was the last evening of our holiday and we thought we had saved the best restaurant for that night. But it was a huge disappointment to be honest. We've visited 2 starred Michelin restaurants before and we know the quality but this was an avarage food and so so service. Actualy bad service. We arrived and sad down at the table. The first thing we saw was three ants of the table! When we told the waiter he brushed them off - with out a word. Not the best start. After that dish after dish was just plain and nothing special. It didn't taste bad but it wasn't in any way spectacular. I don't how long it has been since the Michelin inspector was last there but I have a feeling this restaurant was fab 10 years ago and they haven't been back since. I don't believe food or the service deserve any stars...

Dining at this Michelin-star restaurant was a great experience. It is somewhat secluded from other restaurants, and has a romantic setting. The staff is great and knowledgable, food is good, and wine pairing fantastic. I would have enjoyed an extra glass though!
We had the tasting menu, and were able to enjoy a variety of tastes. Although pricey, the experience is definitely worth it for a special occasion.

The food was amazing and the best degustation menu we ever had. Chef Sadler took care of us all evening, he really took his time to explain everything and even took photos with us. Great atmosphere in the restaurant and amazing wine / champagne pairing.
