We booked a last min trip to Milan and wanted to be central to explore. This was perfect. Used map app to find location and called the number and amazing girl turned up to meet us. So showed us the room and gave us ideas on where to go, and we went to all the places. Great location for a walk and the room was nice (TV has YouTube!) and the open kitchen was nice to chill if you didn't wanna just lie in beds.

Bottom floors were a bit noisier but up where we were it was fine!

To make it short: avoid this place.

1) there is no reception at the place, you have to call them and wait until someone comes with the keys. If it is after 10 pm you have to pay for that and if it is after midnight you have to pay even more.

2) when I made the reservation it said that there was breakfast included. However, when we arrived the manager denied it and told us that we would only have some coffee and bread available.

3) Wi-Fi didn't work inside our room, we had to go constantly to the common room to use it.

4) extremely warm apartment and there are only fans provided.

5) we had some problems the first night so they had to change us to another apartment. In both places the shower facilities were bad. In the first place there was practically no water coming out, so it was hard to take a proper shower and in the second place there was a bathtub that in 30 seconds was clogged. (Check picture)

6) last but not least, a particularly interesting event happened during our first night there. We were staying in an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and suddenly the couple staying at the room next to ours started fighting and shouting to each other like crazy. As if that was not enough, the lady started knocking on our door asking for help and telling us to call the police.(We were locked in our room). After some time without answering here she broke the glass of our door, leaving pieces of glass all over the floor (check picture). We had to call the police and the hostel manager, who appeared 40 min after. To our delightful surprise it turned out that the guy was drunk and under drugs and she was a literally a prostitute. So that gives you a nice idea of the people who stay at this place.

Nevertheless, the staff is very receptive and friendly.

First of all i didn't knew that reception is somewhere and my building is 10 minutes walking away!

That was a real bad start because our luggage was 7 pieces so we had to push them all the way down to the apartment which didnt had an elevator. Basically Its like in renting from a local!

Apartment was 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, Convenient space for a family of 7, Fully equipped with whatever we want, Extra bathroom sheets, no hair dryer, soaps, towels.

Kitchen is well organized and equipped, Washing machine available.

The huge problem was only one A/C in 1 room and the rest was having a fan with a timer!!!!

It was really difficult to sleep in the other rooms, Fan with a timmmerrrrr like whyyyy!!!

Value for money for a family if there was an A/C.

The staff seemed helpful and nice at the beginning, but after they dropped us off at the location, that ended.
The AC was not working, and we were in the top room - it was VERY warm. I asked the contact they gave us on WhatsApp if they could please turn on the AC. She texted back that she had contacted her male counterpart to come over and do so. We waited 2 hours, no sign of him. Thankfully, my husband figured out how to open the skylight so that we could sleep. Of course, early in the morning he woke up to pigeons outside of it and had to get up to close it.
Now, the whole place is very "modern" and "hip" - I was not a fan of most of the decor - so if you don't run with that type of crowd, don't go here. We were woken up at 3 am by loud, drunken neighbors returning from wherever they'd been imbibing. Doors slamming, shouting, laughter, you name it.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!

The only good things I can say about our experience: the lady who showed us to the property was nice, they had lots of drinking water, the shower we shared - albeit with strangers - was pretty cool, and the garden was beautiful.

I don't even know how to start, well... I made the booking and went to the place, it turned out that you have to go somewhere else first to check in and then go to the room, PLEASE INFORM ABOUT THIS BEFORE HAND SO WE DON'T BE WALKING AROUND LOST!!
2nd thing, one tall guy in the reception (wish I could remember his name) when I was explain to him a misunderstanding THEY had with the third-party I booked from all he said was ''I DON'T CARE'' Really!? you don't care about your guests!? Soooo disrespectful, rude and unprofessional!! I know the price of the room is cheap but politeness and professionalism don't cost a thing! I rather sleep in the streets than see this guy again! Learn some hospitality!
The only nice person here was the girl that welcomed us in the house, she was the only good thing about this place.

Room Tip: My only tip is: Look for other options with a better service!
