Good location for the metro into the center of Milan and that's it!!

Noisy hotel can hear all other guests in their rooms and corridor, very small rooms so double bed had to be against the wall on one side to allow access to the room, both shower head & toilet seat broken, no storage for clothes/luggage.

Went here expected to be disappointed after reading the reviews but I really wasn't at all, the place was very very clean, the room was very spacious, the shower was very very good quality and the breakfast was pretty wholesome, all around great place to stay in Milan will be coming again and staying here

The only good thing about this place is the location - near to the Metro underground with good connections. There was no remote for the air conditioning in sweltering temps, no key to the safe, the window shutters were broken, it was noisy, shabby and lacking in comfort. The bed was actually a 3/4 bed in a room barely much bigger. There was no room to move. After we checked in the owners left the building so there was nobody to contact to put things right. Breakfast was adequate at best, but there was no cutlery or crockery. Customer service was very poor.

Room Tip: Make sure you get the room pictured on all the sites. The others are all terrible.

The place is stinky and really basic. However, although it's possible to wide open the windows and get the stink out, it's not possible to get rid of the huge noise coming from outside: the walls are so thin that it's like directly being on the stairs with the other guests (who of course don't bother if they wake you up at 03 am).
Take care, two pillows are inserted in one pillowcase, so if you need a smaller pillow just get rid of the undesired one. We asked for a two beds room, and had to sleep together in a double bed.
Breakfast is extremely basic as well: only few industrial croissants, rusks or cornflakes with yoghurt, soft cheese and marmelade. No drinks available (not even water or juice !!! ), no bread, no fruits. Coffee and tea upon request.
Noone is staying at the reception, so don't espect them to fix anything if needed.
However, nothing to say if you think about paying 50 € (extra municipality tax included - to be paid cash) for two people and one night! and it's extremely well connected, almost downtown but it's easy to park just in front for free. Moreover it's nearby the metro station and the 42 bus stop going directly to the central station. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no elevator)

Room Tip: I guess that the highest you get, the less people will disturb you
