Stayed 3 nights. Couldn't fault the room, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts gave ample choice and we enjoyed the nibbles provided with cocktails. We transferred from Malpensa to Central station by bus and its about 10 minutes walk from there. Hope to stay again.

We had the pleasure of 5 nights at the Sanpi Hotel. My fifth trip to Milan and by far the best venue I've stayed at. Excellent reception staff and really good facilities. Breakfasts were great and we can also highly recommend the Carpaccio restaurant (just across the road). Easy walk in the CIty Centre. Chris and Jayne, Christchurch, New Zealand.

Stayed 2 nights in triple room with surprisingly large bathroom.  Friendly, attentive staff greeted us with smiles from day one. Easier to find this hotel from Porta Venezia subway station (red line) at Corso Buenos Aires than Repubblica station (yellow line). Nearby reasonably priced shopping on Corso Buenos Aires. Like other contributors, we ate very well at the Italian restaurant Trattoria Il Carpaccio opposite hotel. The Chinese restaurant on the right of hotel called Shangri-la was well patronized and had good food too. Supermarket 5 mins away but closes  by 8 pm. On a sunny spring day, we walked through the park to Montenapoleone. On our way to Navigli, we shopped our way up Corso Buenos Aires to Loreto station, then took the subway (green line) straight to Porta Genova station (no need to change lines). Then to Duomo for the view on the roof (tickets to elevator can be bought at a small office round the block, not at the lift entrance). Panzerotti Luigi for a snack (hot salami n mozeralla). Via Torino for more shopping for teenages.
