I stayed here for two nights as part of a visit to Milan to watch AC Milan at the San Siro and do a bit of sightseeing.

Firstly the staff spoke English very well. I had to make a slight change to my trip at the last minute and a phone call got it sorted very quickly and easily.

My room was very clean and well decorated and was made promptly when requested. With a bar, breakfast room and lift for easy access it served all my needs more than capably. It is situated a 5 minute walk to a small but very modern shopping area, and despite being relatively near a main road it was very quiet and peaceful. Milan doesn't really do 24 hour convenience stores but there is a 24 hour cafe across the road for emergency snacks or drinks.

The hotel is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute tram from central Milan and a 15 minute walk from Lotto Metro station that serves both the San Siro stadium and central Milan.

Easy to get to and from the Malpensa airport by public transport and a good base for a weekend, I'd thoroughly recommend this hotel for a trip to milan if you have a slightly lower budget

Stayed for one night at this very nice budget hotel.

Room is spacious with en suite bath, comfortable bed and TV with only Italian speaking channels.

Staff were very polite. Breakfast was continental as advertised.

Location of the hotel is certainly not its advantage, but neither is disadvantage. When you arrive from Malpensa airport to Central Station (which will cost you 8 euros for one-way ticket and 14 euros for round trip), you should go to the hotel by bus number 91 (Certosa station). On the way back to the main station take the bus number 90 (get off at 12. station; precisely you are supposed to go from Bartolini station to that one called Pl. Luigi di Savoia). From the hotel do the center of the city use tram No. 1 (from the station Via Bartolini Via Ceneri) in the direction of Greco. You can get off at the Teatro alla Scala (which will take about 35 minutes). It does not matter if you decide to get off earlier (at the station Cairoli), since you can walk (via Dante) to the Duomo cathedral and other places of interest. The station Cairoli is also perfect for visiting the castle Sforcesco and Sempione park. Also, it is right place to go to the outlet villages (since buses for Seravalle, Vicolungo and other shopping destinations start from Milano visitor Center, located exactly at Cairoli station).
Be sure to go back to the hotel by the same tram (number 1) in the direction of Castelli; it is feasible to do so by tram number 12 or 19 (from previosly mentioned stop Cairoli).
A couple of notes about the hotel...The staff is very attentive and friendly, they will explain you everything. They are always at your service, kind, helpful and nice. The rooms, although relatively modest, are very clean. The choice of food for breakfast is not large, but you always have fresh pastries, coffee and other drinks. Wi-fi is excellent in the lobby, but average in the room (where it is very good usually in the morning). If you are looking for good value for money, this hotel is proper choice!!!

Room was clean, staff was kind and friendly.
Breakfast definitely above average, nothing lactose free, nothing gluten free.
The bed was not that comfy, but, above all, you could hear everything from the adjacent room (I mean: I could hear not only the girl speaking on the phone, but even the answers!)
