We stayed in this hotel just for one night during Easter. The location was great and the staffs were very friendly. The room was bigger than we expected and it was very clean. If we go back to Milano, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Luxury Milano is a small hotel in an original Milan Apartment building. From the busy street, through the quite courtyard and up the stairs to reception this is a great hotel. Modern, clean and very much a boutique venue. The service is limited i.e. the reception is not manned and you need to let them know your time of arrival but this is becoming more and more common. Once in your room, the decor has been well thought out - bed is very comfortable, bathroom impeccable, modern fittings, wifi, and a good range of snacks and minibar. This is like an apartment and not a hotel. If you want full service this venue is not for your but if you like more individuality and a unique experience try the Luxury Milano. BTW try the Sicilian bakery next door - especially the cannoli and arancini de risotto.

Room tip: Garbage collection at 5 am can be a little noisy

High charge may coz of milan expo.
It worths only 120€, but now i pay 150€. 10mins walk from central station, and a metro station nearby.
Staff usually not stay at reception, so don't expect any urgent assistance.
Wifi quality as well as the air-con is ok.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your reply.
We are quite surprised reading that you are getting expensive the price payed, first of all because you decided to accept it!
Yuu € 150 ! it is our starting price... of course you don't know Milan and its prices!

For other people reading: our prices for Classic Room are starting from € 120 up to € 500 + city tax double occupancy, breakfast excluded. It is not for steal money for Expo 2015, it is the same every year.... it i the price for the quality, for the city center location, for the specific day choosen!
Arrivederci!

This is a nice boutique hotel where you feel as if it were your own apartment in Milano! It is really nice and clean (beware in many hotels you could end up with a single bed if you are travelling alone...) Here i had a queen bed in my room. Really nice bathroom with a shower, no bath. Chocolates and treats everyday when the cleaning staff comes. There's not always someone at the reception but you can always email them and you'll get a prompt answer, they even give good advise for restaurants! Everyone was very kind and helpful. Theres the lima metro station 2 minutes away and taxis, so its easy to travel to other parts of the city. I would surely return to this hotel if i ever come back to Milano in the future.

Room tip: Even though it says there was breakfast on some websites, it is not included in the price...

Let us start by saying that we loved this B&B. There are lots of reasons why you should go for this accommodation. First, it is well located, only a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and if you do not want to walk the metrostop is only fifty meters away. Second: we loved the design inside, it is way better than an another ordinary hotel. Last: the room is very spacious (we stayed in the premium), even the bathroom is very big. Most rooms in Milano are very small.

However, to start with the first con, this B&B is not cheap. We found it overpriced, especially because of the fact that breakfast is not included and not available. This is mentioned on booking.com, but we haven't read it so that was our mistake. On the other hand: one would think breakfast is included when you are staying in a "bed & breakfast". Furthermore we thought the room was very dark (we stayed in the premium room). This is not a problem, because the darkness resulted in an enjoyable climate in our room. However, be aware you need lights in the room, also in the middle of the day. Last con: we wanted to check out on sundaymorning (around 10.30), but no one was at the desk. We found this strange, certainly because there is a clear sign at the desk that someone should be there between 9 and 13 in the morning.

We think we would stay somewhere else next time.
