This place was recommended from our hotel. It was packed with the locals on Saturday night. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco on the house. The menu was varied with local dishes as well as different specialities.
My starter dish was spectacular to look at and sublime to taste -sea bass carpaccio. See photos included. It was like a plate full of jewels. The pasta and risotto were amazing. We also tasted the trout tartare and the cheese brûlée - all tasted excellent.
We did not have space for desserts or cheese. They have a wonderful cheese trolley and it is a shame we did not manage to taste, but we were very full. It is a delightful corner for cheese lovers and a must next time!
It was very well priced too. Less than 35 euros a head for 2 course meal with a glass of wine.
Definitely a good highlight of our holiday. Loved it and will recommend. Well done to the team!
