My partner and I had dinner at Antonio’s after a long day spent exploring Cinque Terre. We were a bit exhausted, but we’re never too tired for a good meal accompanied by a glass of wine!
Our choice for the evening was mussels (cozze and vongole) sauteed in white wine, garlic and parsley - very nice! The antipasti was followed by fish (catch of the day, a white fish which came recommended by the waiter) baked in traditional Ligurian style with olive oil, tomatoes, olives and pine nuts. The fish was served with some baked potato slices. Simply delicious! The Vermentino white wine was chilled to perfection.
Service was very prompt and attentive. We also enjoyed the ambiance of the quiet courtyard.
