My wife and I are in our late 60's. The site has a wonderful view in the morning for breakfast. However, the site is a small farm house set into the hill so it has lots of creatures, the kitchen is limited and the floors dirty. The climb up the hill each day is quite a hike -- taxis are not easy to get late (about 10e). We were glad to stay in Monterosso and did a lot of hiking during the days up and down hills between the Cinque Terre towns, so would have preferred to not have another hike awaiting after dinner. Carting groceries up the hill is doable, but tough. Price is reasonable for Cinque Terre, but in the future we will probably stay in a nearby town for much less, probably with a car rental. Had the bed been better, floors cleaner, kitchen better, this would have gotten 4 out of 5.
