The stay was “ok” .. Good location in walking distance to town/beach.

Overall it was overpriced and the room was nothing special. It was clean with air conditioning but bedding not comfortable.

Advice for drivers:
If you are planning on using their parking .. go through the gate and immediately stop and walk up the narrow driveway to get staff instructions/assistance on where to park. Side note if you are driving in Italy make sure you have rental insurance.

This is a lovely place in Monterosso. Besides being a lovely hotel with wonderful welcoming and helpful people (grazie mille, Christina!), it has a lot of advantages, including beautiful views, air conditioning that really cools you down, secure parking on site behind a locked gate and just a short walk into Monterosso al Mare and the beach. Breakfast was delightful. It was tremendous value for money.

The only downside was the internet was a trifle slow but that’s not unexpected in the area. It wasn’t that slow to bother us.

This is *the* place to stay if you are visiting Cinque Terre with a car.

The location was fantastic to see all 5 towns, the service was great, breakfast was good, and the air conditioning was COLD, which was extremely important to us. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The expressos and cappuccinos were lovely. We did have a car because we were travel throughout Italy, it was a little difficult navigating to the hotel and up the driveway.

This is a newer property in a converted villa. I stayed in an annex that was a 1 bedroom apartment. Was very clean and comfortable with good AC (not all props have AC in Monterosso). Walkable to new town and old city through tunnel. WIFI was good too. Staff was helpful and had good suggestions for trails and dinner

We enjoyed our three day visit. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We were in room #12 with a partial sea view. Breakfasts are great. Hotel is a short walk to beach and easy walk to old town. WiFi was ok. No English tv channels. Would have given it five stars except for the absence of water in the fountain feature and the overgrown weedy garden and sitting area. It just looked messy and unkept. Would be lovely and inviting if garden and fountain were attended to.
