There aren't enough superlatives to describe the hotel in its entirety. The staff are amazing, so helpful and attentive from the get go, through to lunch time meals by the pool, dinner in the evening in the restaurant and services provided by reception.

The two bed apartment we booked was extremely spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids, with a lovely veranda to enjoy drinks on whilst the kids were in bed and a real sun trap too! The kitchen was kitted out well with everything you need including a dishwasher and the maid kept things lovely and clean on a daily basis with fresh towels etc.

The pool is big with more than ample sunbeds and super comfy too with thick cushions and a baby pool as well as a shallow are in the main pool for little ones. It felt so exclusive for three of the days we were the only ones around the pool.

The main purpose for the visit was a trip to the World Superbikes at the Misano Marco Simoncelli Circuit, just 6 km away, so we spent three of the days away from the hotel, but on returning late afternoon the pool was a welcome refresh after temperatures reaching 40 degrees!

There is table tennis and football/tennis court too as well as a play area for smaller kids full of Little Tikes houses and the like to keep them happy whilst you finish dinner, within full view of the restaurant so you can keep a close eye.

The hotel is close enough to lots of places, provided you have a car, to get out and about - Misano, Cattolica, Ancona.....the best beaches are a little further afield, maybe 45 minutes away, although there are beaches very close too, they just aren't as picturesque as the ones a little drive away.

The kids were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Jennifer was particularly lovely. We will definitely re-visit but instead of spending a week there for the motorbike racing next time, it will be two! We miss it already and we've only been home a day!

We stayed here on our way back from the car ferries at Ancona. A satellite view shows that it is out in the countryside but close to a chemical works and what looks like a chicken farm. We were a bit apprehensive about this but once inside the grounds, there was absolutely no sign of the neighbours and the views over the surrounding hills were lovely.

The room was fairly functional but perfectly comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were efficient and friendly and what really swung it for us was the excellent restaurant. Having previously stayed in a nearby locanda which did not serve dinner, it was great not having to leave the premises to eat. It's good value too and we would stay here again.

We booked two rooms at this agriturismo for four people and advised them that we have two who did not eat meat with us and that we would be on a cycling tour and needed somewhere for the bikes.
The agriturismo is much more of a hotel than others i have stayed in. The room was comfortable, the location glorious and the breakfast good so i imagine that if you stay here in full season you probably have a great time.
But our trip was marred by two issues - lack of empathy for the customer and poor communication.
We arrived, on our bikes, in a downpour and having cycled the last 15 miles or so in very heavy rain - even though we had good waterproof gear we were wet through and starting to get cold. We did not need to be kept hanging around outside (though undercover) for 15 minutes while the young and clearly inexperienced receptionist got her act together. We presented 2 passports - the other 2 were well buried in a pannier - but it took quite a bit of time to persuade her to just check us in and we'd give them to her later. No offer of a hot drink or recognition that we just wanted to get dry and change clothes ...
Then the next problem - the restaurant is closed (which I only found out because i asked about the timing). So even though i had expressly given info about our dietary restrictions and that we were cycling they had not realised that we would need to eat! Problem solved - table at local restaurant ("just 5 minutes away") and taxi booked for us. We were mollified .... until we were charged 35 euros EACH WAY for this short journey.
In the morning, the manager did make an appearance and showed some sympathy to us - he gave us our pre-dinner drinks for free - but insisted that he had not realised that we wanted to eat at the agriturismo despite my comment about dietary requirements. Both the hotel's own site and the agriturismo.it website refer to the restaurant and the own site says lunch is only available in the summer - there is no mention of dinner not being available in the autumn.
We still (nearly 2 weeks later) feel aggrieved by the experience but i am giving a 3 score because i recognise that our situation was a bit unusual .... and that the place could be lovely!

Great family-oriented agriturismo by the small hill town of Coriano, about 5 miles from the ocean. Although not suited to lap swimming, pool was large with separate kids area. There is a tennis court/soccer field for those so inclined. Our small apartment was quiet and comfortable, with great view of the countryside. Restaurant was reasonably priced and had really pleasant outside seating.

Only issues were spotty Internet, quirky electric sockets, dim bathroom lighting (so... you are in Italy),

Room Tip: We stayed in a small apartment (Torre) which was roomy and quiet.
