The hotel was very nice and quite. The room was very good (aircondition, large bathroom with shower - + massage program; and tube) The hotel has small gym (mostly for cardio) and small spa with 2 saunas - 10€ (spa).
The breakfast was OK,

A modern clean hotel, with plenty of parking and just a short drive from the autostrada. Ideal for an overnight stop. Our room was comfortable and spacious and had a lovely large double bed, a good view from the room and a spectacular bathroom with a really good shower. The restaurant was closed during August but the very efficient young lady on reception was able to recommend some alternatives close by.
Breakfast was very good.

Nice new hotel with ample parking and not too far from the A1. You'll need to drive to downtown Parma but the hotel was clean, new and the breakfast was good too. The girl working at the front desk provided good recommendations for restaurants in the area.

The service is exceptional, rooms comfortable and functional. It’s set back from a busy street so no road noise is heard anywhere even during rush hour. The hotel’s restaurant is adequate, even better for breakfast. Turn left out the drive for a very short hop to the Autostrada del Sole (A1). Think instead of turning right for a stroll (less than 3 km) straight into Parma’s center. At first it’s noisy and frenetic but after the railway underpass automobiles are replaced by bicycles then streets completely closed to traffic taking you among town’s older, historic places. Parma’s center offers genuinely good dining options even in its most touristed parts. Coming late may be particularly gratifying; the streets nearly empty, peacefully leaving you among stately buildings that are nicely illuminated.

Nice, modern and clean hotel, with a very unique set-up. It is located just a couple of kilometers from the main motorway between Milan and Rome. Parking is not a problem either. We were happiest with the breakfast that was offered - it was excellent because gluten-free options were in abundance.
