The owner Domenico is very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the late morning and he was there to meet us and giving us instructions how to get to the main attractions.
The rooms have the bathroom each and are very clean and pleasant.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the access to it is round the clock.
The tram number 3 will take you to Colosseum and number 19 to Vatican. Termini station is close by.
Overall, lovely place to stay, with very homely feel.

We stayed at 25 rooms guest house in March-April 2017. Room was very nice, looked exactly like in the pictures. Domenico is a nice and very helpful host. He met us, gave us a map of the city, explayed main transport routes, etc. Place is located not far from main tourist destinations. Tram stops are just on the opposite side of the road. Very good hotel and good location!

25 rooms is a BnB arrangement, however, the owner Domenico is a fantastic host. He waited till late at night for us to arrive & helped us with our luggage & other info regarding the city. He has a fully functional kitchen with supplies for breakfast & a wonderful terrace to enjoy an evening drink or a morning coffee!
You are sure to strike conversations with other guests from various nationalities @ the breakfast table.
The place is well connected by trams & buses to all major tourist attractions & also close to a few authentic pizzerias.
Overall, the place is excellent for staying on budget.

The room was very clean, we had all we needed. The bathroom had everything, from extra shampoo to a hair dryer. The breakfast was like if we were at home. Everything was available in the fully equipped kitchen. From kettle, to instant coffee, even chocolate milk mix. There was a baked sweet roll and packaged croissants, as well as toast and butter, jam, juice, etc. The parking is in a locked private lot, which was a great advantage. The host was very nice, gave us a map and told us about the transportation into the city. It is very convenient, line 3 will take you to the Coliseum and line 19 to Vatican. I am not sure how long it took to reach the destination, perhaps half hour to Vatican. The "tabaki" shoppe just next to the house sells tickets for the street cars and the staff spoke enough English to help us. It is easy to recognize the house, it is right next to the gas station. The owner waited for us to let us into the parking lot, so it is important to let him know exactly when you will arrive and meet him at the gas station.

We stopped over one night after a long day of travelling. We choose this as there were 3 of us looking somewhere within walking distance to Termini station. Only 15mins, in central location with good restaurants bars nearby. Host very flexible, all in all good stay!
