My first impression is how stunningly beautiful Eva is. A great hostess and very accommodating. We arrived early and the room was ready for us to occupy. Rooms clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Correspond with Eva by email and she will get back to you right away.

My husband and I had 3 nights in Vernazza at Eva's Rooms (Room 3 - paid 60euro/night). The room is small, yes, but we had two suitcases in it, on the floor and open. The bathroom and room are lovely and clean and incredibly quiet considering how close to the train station you are. We made the decision to go for a more budget option to allow us to indulge in the Cinque Terre's culinary options and don't regret this for a second. Whilst the rooms offering sea views and terraces would be nice, we certainly don't feel as though we missed out - the town is alive and buzzing late into the night, and we took a bottle of wine to the waterfront after dinner each night and had an amazing time. This place is a great budget option for the Cinque Terre - and Vernazza is by far the best town! (We were in the 5terre in rough seas, and Vernazza was the only place you could swim, due to its protected harbour).

Room Tip: Room 3 is more than adequate for two people.

Went with my wife and son as a gift for his graduation had a first floor room window onto the street (no noise when window was shut) was great to lean out and look down to the spanish steps) Air con was a blessing. room was spotless - something from a different place in time wonderful painted ceiling- bathroom spotless pleenty of towels and hot water and a power shower.

Met Eva real personality 24 hour porter you feel like you are renting an aprtment breakfast over the Picolo cafe opposite coffee and a pastry with the welcoming locals in the morning is all that you need.

We walked everywhere from here - fantastic weekend my 21 year old loved it too !

The hotel/guest rooms are very big, we had a lot of room for our luggage and for our three year old son to play in the room while we were indoors. The decor is gorgeous.
The location is fantastic, down the road was the Pjazza di Spagna and the spanish steps, two supermarkets within walking distance to pick up drinks for the hotel, and the trevi fountain was around the corner.
The rooms do not contain tea and coffee facilities, this did not bother me because I don't drink hot drinks, however guests should know this in advance. continental breakfast is served across the road in a small cafe and it consists of a pastry and a warm drink or juice.
the staff at this hotel were very helpful and spoke a decent amount of English. We were given maps of Rome to help us walk around the city
The lift is very small and we had to do a few trips to get our luggage and pram onto level 2 and level 3. There is no 'concierge' or luggage trolleys.
We had our own laptop with us and there is free internet usage in this hotel, which is a bonus.
we absolutely loved this guest house.

Room Tip: we had a corner room and it was very big, with a window facing the main road, but the room was very...
