Wanna find a cheap place then this hotel is the right one.Good wifi, very central and close to terminal (5min). Around 20 min walking to colosseum. Piazza di spagna is a little far but metro is in termini and takes you wherever you want to go.A big plus to the breakfest.

Pros: Great location...right next to Roma Termini and Bus Terminal.Staff was friendly and helpful.Good restaurants in the area around Roma Termini including Indian and Halal restaurants
Cons: Unfortunately quite a few...Room was somewhat outdated with a clogged drain in the bathtub. The extra couch in our triple room collapsed the moment it was used on arrival.(got to say they fixed it up pretty fast).Breakfast was disappointing...just bare minimum stuff and not very appetizing either.A/C was not that efficient. No tea/coffee/water in the room

Stayed 4 nights.
Pros.
Perfectly located with reference to Roma Termini.
(The walk from Termini slightly later in the night can make you uncomfortable due to some guys hanging around aimlessly)
The staff was exceptionally helpful if you ask for directions, weather, shopping....anything.
The triple room, on the ground floor, near the breakfast room, was ok.
Good air conditioning.
Not very expensive if booked well in advance.
Lovely places to have dinner in the close vicinity. Please ask the receptionists for details. One is the Trattoria just next to the exit approx 30m to the left as you go out. Another one is called 'meid in nepols'( no spelling mistake) which is really good.

Cons. The breakfast is pretty basic. They dont cook anything on the property.

The night we reached, there was a case of theft reported by a guest sitting in the area outside the reception(where you can access wi fi, smoke, have a drink etc). The theft was reported while I was sitting there. Freaked me out a little I admit. Held on to wallets and bags tightly all around Rome over the next three days.

This hotel is ok. It's located in a fantastic location near to the main metro/bus/train station. The rooms are dated however clean. The staff on reception very friendly and helpful! Breakfast basic but gives you a good start to day!

Good points Close to the Termini. Hop on hop off bus stop at the end of the street. Staff are friendly I found the rooms to be clean and well serviced.
The only noise was from the church bells but I could live with that as we are in the world's Catholic capital.
There is no bar but you are allowed to drink your own in the outside seating area. Which saves considerable amounts of money as the bar prices in Rome are very high (€8 For a beer).
There is good free Wi-Fi in all areas.

Not so good points. Rooms are very small. If you are anything bigger than an anorexic dwarf, you will struggle to get in and out the shower.
There is a tv in the room but only Italian channels on it.
The streets outside the hotel were disgusting with piles and piles of bagged garbage.
There is no tea and coffee in the room.
Breakfast was unappetizing, with a mixture of muesli that was soft. Bread rolls, cheese and ham. The coffee was ok.
Overall for what we paid it was ok.
You will have to pay a city tax of €4 ppp night on check out. That added another €32 to our bill.
