This is a perfect little boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. Location is perfect for those using the metro. Ulrich the Front Desk manager goes out of his way to accommodate requests. The private garden is perfect for happy hour or morning coffee - all of which you can buy at the hotel. Rooms are nothing luxurious, but very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only negative was a less than friendly afternoon front desk agent who was the only knock in this experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and my room had recently had new double glazing installed which was great at drowning out the road noise.

It is a good location from termini station and the room had everything you need including air conditioning.

The only downside is that my room was very small. It felt like being back at university halls. But as long as you're planning to be out away from the hotel it's good enough.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here last week during our trip to rome. It was a beautiful hotel, super friendly staff. They were very helpful and offered great suggestions. Recommend getting a bus pass, as it's a far walk for a lot of the bigger sites. The room was small, but we weren't there for the room! The only negative was the bed was definitely rock hard, but we were so wore out after walking everywhere and traveling, it didn't disturb our sleep. If we were stating longer it may have been an issue. Would stay here again though!

I stayed in Rome at this hotel and I was very pleased with both the hotel and staff. We initially had a situation with our room through no fault of the hotel but we were provided with a new room immediately. The front desk staff were so helpful in providing directions to all the attractions each day. The garden at this hotel was very comfortable with bar service so don't miss the opportunity to enjoy it.
Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and a good amount of choices including scrambled eggs.
It is minutes to the main train termimal which makes it a excellent spot for access to the Metro subway and express train to the airport.
If you visit Rome, put this hotel on your list.
