The concierge was incredible helpful in getting our covid test printed. WE needed them to get back to the USA. The breakfast was outstancing. Covid safty procedures all in place. Thank you.
Location was perfect.

This was not the 4* hotel they claim to be. I had to ring and ask for Bath robes because it was not provided. They said robes were given to specific room types. I thought this was a silly rule because regardless of room type, whether you’re paying for a deluxe or a suite - bathrobes from a 4* is a definite thing for all rooms. Complimentary water only given for first day of arrival is ridiculous as the hotel is a 4*. I think it’s a given that water is replaced everytime your room gets cleaned. Streets were very noisy past 10pm as there’s bars around the street and made several calls to reception complaining but nothing could be done. Walls are also extremely thin and can hear people next door so clearly and loudly - not kidding when I say You can literallt hear. Asked reception to call for taxi that provided card payment but kept giving us drivers that only accepted cash. We were meant to come back but cancelled our second visit as definitely will not want to come back.

Great hotel located at Via Veneto. My only negative would be the overpriced drinks at the bar. Lower the prices and people will bring their custom created a great atmosphere, otherwise it’s just a large area filed willed with tables and no patrons.
