Very nice location, just few steps from Testaccio Market. Wide selection of classical Roman dishes and Fishes & Seafood. I've tried much more Roman Cuisine including Roman style artichoke, Roman style Baccalà & fiori di zucca as starter: bit disappointing and quite oily than usual. My primo & secondi were so so...

Good news: English menu and English speaking staff.

Overall, it's quite expensive for this quality of food. However, friendly & warm staff...

To be honest, part of the enjoyment of the dining experience for my wife and myself was the company of friends from Rome, but the food was excellent and the owner, Gregory (who also has a career in movie making as did his restaurant partners), did his very best to make sure we had a great evening. The food is typical Roman trattoria fare in the Testaccio district, but the appetizers such as the fried zucchini flowers were first rate. The prawns my wife had for a main course were the size of small lobsters, and my rigatoni with bacon, pepper and parmesan was excellent. We each had different deserts and they were all very enjoyable. The owner brought out some grapa at no cost, then was willing to pose with us for pictures after the meal. The restaurant is a favorite with Rome's soccer club, and popular with the local residents, tho parking is a challenge. We'd go back anytime.

Six of us ate here when TuttiFrutti's was closed and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our Roman adventure.

Firstly this restaurant has a great laid-back atmosphere, the staff were welcoming and the restaurant itself bustling. The food wasn't the best we ate during our time in Rome, but it wasn't far off, and to be honest the little it lacked in this department was more than made up for in ambience, antipasti, great service and great value for money.
